JAZZ AT THE MILLS!

Join us round the back of the bandstand at Merton Abbey Mills every Friday throughout August from 7 p.m. to share a picnic and then enjoy music from top professional bands from around the world starting at 8 p.m. and finishing at 10 p.m.

TAI CHI IN THE PARK

From 11 a.m. to noon every Sunday near the reed bed in Wandle Park, led by Cornelius from Merton Vision. £3 per person.

“THE RAMBLING COLLIERS!”

Meet outside the library at 10 a.m. on Sunday 23rd August for a guided walk around Chessington and Epsom Common. For more details call Rita on 85401560.

THE READING GROUP

5.30 p.m. on Tuesday 25th August at the library.

“COLLIERS WOOD COME DANCING!”

Quickstep and Jive throughout August, every Sunday at the Community Centre. Beginners at 7 p.m., improvers at 8 p.m. and intermediates at 9 p.m. Men are especially welcome! Plus, a social dance in the Function Room at GJ's from 7.30 p.m to 10.30 p.m. on Thursday 6th August. Admission £5, includes one drink. BALLET CLASSES FOR ADULTS – both men and women

Every Tuesday from 9.15 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. amd every Thursday from 8.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Community Centre. All ages and levels of experience and ability are welcome.

TAP DANCING CLASSES FOR ADULTS

Every Wednesday at the Community Centre. Beginners at 7.30 p.m. will be joined by those with some experience from 8 p.m., to finish at 9.30 p.m. For further information contact the instructor, Luzahnn, on 07719 001240.

THE UKELELE ORCHESTRA OF COLLIERS WOOD

COLLIERS WOOD CHORUS
